Johnny Chan makes a monster laydown with pocket aces against Huck Seed on Poker After Dark. Huck flopped a full house with pocket sixes hitting the flop of 6 JJ. They checked the flop and turn with Seed finally making a bet on the river but Chan showing incredible instinct and skill layed down his pocket aces which could easily have looked like the winning hand … Now thats the sign of a true professional poker player.

Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu talks about “that hand” between him and Gus Hanson on High Stakes Poker … at the time it was the biggest pot ever played on the show where Daniel held pocket sixes and Gus pocket fives. The hand developed with a flop of 9 6 5 giving both sets, the turn brings another 5 making Hanson quads and Negreanu a full house. The really interesting thing is this is probably one of the most talked about hands but here in this video we actually get a chance to hear how Daniel negreanu actually felt and his thoughts during the hand.
